This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect the personal information of visitors to tonyevanmanila.com (the “Site”) and of clients who engage us for bespoke garment services, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

By browsing the Site, messaging us on Instagram, booking a consultation, or engaging our services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

  • Name and contact details (Instagram handle, email address, phone number)
  • Body measurements taken during in-person or virtual (video call) fitting sessions

  • Shipping address, for clients requiring delivery
  • Payment-related details necessary to process a downpayment or balance (we do not store full card numbers; payments are arranged directly through our bank or the payment channel we advise at the time)

Information collected automatically, when you browse the Site:

  • Standard technical data such as browser type, general location, and pages visited, collected through our website host and WordPress platform for security and performance purposes
  • Cookies required for the Site to function properly (e.g., caching for faster load times). We do not currently use third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this Site; if that changes, this policy will be updated.

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries and schedule consultations

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with:

  • Couriers/shipping providers, solely to fulfill delivery
