These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of tonyevanmanila.com (the “Site”) and any bespoke garment commission, consultation, or fitting service provided by Tony Evan Manila (“we,” “us,” “our,” “the Atelier”), based in Quezon City, Philippines. By browsing the Site, contacting us, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Our Services

Tony Evan Manila is a bespoke atelier specializing in bridal, ecclesiastical, and formal couture. Every commission is designed and constructed individually around the client’s vision, proportions, and preferences — our gowns are not sold from a catalogue or pre-made stock.

  1. Consultations

Consultations are free and by appointment only, held either in person at our atelier (3rd Level, Penthouse Unit 37, Chestnut Street, West Fairview, Quezon City) or online via Google Meet. Booking is arranged by messaging us on Instagram @tonyevanmanila.

  1. Pricing and Payment
  • Price ranges are shared directly with clients upon request via Instagram message and vary depending on design complexity, materials, and scope of work.
  • A 60% downpayment is required to confirm your slot in our production schedule.
  • The remaining balance is due once the gown is completed and fits perfectly, prior to pick-up or delivery.
  • The gown can only be turned over once the balance is settled.
  1. Production Timeline
  • It’s ideal to be starting the process at least 6 months ahead of the wedding date. When we do start fittings, we can finish within 1 or 2 months depending on the gown’s complexity or the bride’s availability.
  • Rush commissions are accommodated depending on the available working timeline.
  • For international brides, we are amenable to accommodating special circumstances such as remote/virtual measurement taking, limited time onsite fittings, or international shipment with allowances made available on the gown for local alterations.
  1. Fittings and Alterations

Fittings are a core part of our bespoke process and are scheduled progressively as your gown is constructed. Reasonable adjustments during the fitting process are included as part of the commission. Only changes to the design that entail a considerable additional amount of material and labor would be subject to additional costs that would be proposed and approved by the bride before implementation or acquisition of such materials. Other than this, no additional costs for minor alterations to the design would be incurred.

  1. International Clients

For clients outside Metro Manila or the Philippines, we offer:

  • Guided virtual measurement sessions via video call
  • Expedited, week-long in-person fitting schedules for clients flying in
  • Shipping via FedEx, with allowances and extra fabric provided for garments requiring local fitting/adjustment upon arrival

Clients are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or shipping delays imposed by their destination country, which are outside our control.

  1. Cancellations and Refunds

The downpayment is non-refundable. Should the wedding be cancelled or postponed, we are open to converting downpayments into store credit that may be used for other bespoke commissions. In rare cases that the bride is unsatisfied with the progress of her gown, we will discuss with her how best to proceed should she wish to change creative directions. But if the bride refuses to continue working with our team, we will honor her decision and no further settlement of the balance is required as she will be abandoning the project. Should she wish to claim the unfinished gown, this will not be allowed. Our company, on principle, cannot release unfinished garments.

  1. Design Ownership and Confidentiality
  • Sketches, patterns, and design concepts developed for your commission remain the intellectual property of Tony Evan Manila. Clients receive the finished garment, not the rights to reproduce, mass-produce, or resell the design.
  • We treat your wedding or event details, measurements, and consultation discussions as confidential, used only for the purposes of fulfilling your commission.
  1. Use of Photos and Portfolio

Photos or videos taken during fittings or of the completed garment may be used in our portfolio, Instagram, or other marketing materials only with your assumed, explicit consent, and may only be posted after your wedding date. You may decline or withdraw this consent at any time; this will not affect the fulfillment of your commission.

  1. Limitation of Liability

While we take the utmost care in construction and fitting, Tony Evan Manila is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, supplier delays, or shipping carrier delays
  • Changes in a client’s body measurements between the final fitting and the event date (which we will surely accommodate to address and fix regardless)
  • Damage occurring after the garment has left our care (during shipping, storage, or wear)
  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Quezon City, Philippines.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time, with the “Last updated” date reflecting the most recent revision. Continued engagement with our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
